Miley released a new music video for her song "Wrecking Ball", and it actually isn't terrible. It's one of the most emotional videos I have seen since Rihanna came out with "Stay". See Miley tear up below, but beware, she is not wearing clothes for much of it.

Also new from the Twerk Queen is "23". The track dropped last night and has Miley, Wiz Khalifa, and Juicy J all rapping to a Mike Will Made- It track.
