Rihanna Premieres Insane Video for "Bitch Better Have My Money"

(Vevo.com)

Don't ever take money from Rihanna. Ever.

Ri just premiered her wildly-anticipated video for "Bitch Better Have My Money," and it's intense. The entire video has the hip-hop singer dragging a woman around (who presumably didn't have her money) before a climatic ending.

Roman's Rap-Up Turns 2

Two years ago today, I set out to create a music blog that was different from the rest: reporting major music news, but without the gossip that all the tabloids exploit and shove in your face. That’s when Roman’s Rap-Up was born, with the simple notion of “gossip free media.”

Two years later, not only has Roman’s Rap-Up grown to a full-fledged music news site, getting you closer to your favorite artists, meeting superstars like Ty Dolla $ign, Echosmith, tickets to see Tori Kelly, Lorde, Childish Gambino, Imagine Dragons, Nick Jonas, Carly Rae Jepson & countless others, but also a artist management company all under the name Roman’s Rap-Up Media Group, LLC. We’ve hired a full team of people, working all over the country (& world) to get you the latest and greatest news, and insightful interviews with some of the biggest names in music.

From everyone here at Roman’s Rap-Up, thank you for your continued support. I can’t wait for you all to see what we've been working on.

Preview: Made In America Music Festival to Bring World Music Icons to Philly in September

(Live Nation)

When it rains, it pours. The 2014 Made in America Philly Music Festival was no exception. Amongst avid music listeners whose taste ranged from mainstream hip hop to indie, pleas to evacuate the grounds to due to heavy rainstorms Sunday echoed unanswered. Fans stood by, grey clouds or blue sky, to see some of the most talked about names in the music industry take the stage for the two-day event. J. Cole, Pharrell Williams, Kings of Leon, and Kanye West are only a few of the acts that took part. In addition to the Philly location, founder Jay-Z had announced another venue in Los Angeles for the 2014 Labor Day music extravaganza; this stage welcomed musicians such as Imagine Dragons and John Mayer.

The Made in America Festival returns this coming Labor Day weekend, September 5th and 6th, to Philly with a lineup that possibly stands even taller than 2014’s. Beyoncé, The Weeknd, Nick Jonas, and Big Sean are chart-topping artists who will join a dedicated crowd for the festival’s fourth year. The key to the festival’s success stems from its ability to gather talented yet diverse musicians who bring together all types of music fanatics. Most other festivals seem to only cater to one genre or unique taste. Made in America recognizes smaller acts by creating an opportunity to share the spotlight with Grammy winners. The range of listeners is therefore enormous and certainly worth the purchase of a two-day pass. Rain or shine, mark your calendars.
